Refund Policy
Project and subscription terms are confirmed in the signed agreement. This page explains the general approach.
Project work
Deposits reserve capacity and are generally nonrefundable once work begins. If Upwyre cancels before delivering the contracted work, any unearned amount will be returned.
Subscriptions
You may pause or cancel before the next billing cycle according to the agreement. Time already reserved or work already delivered in the current cycle is not automatically refundable.
Reviewing a concern
If something is wrong, contact us promptly with the relevant invoice and details. We review billing concerns in good faith and follow the controlling agreement and applicable law.
