Scenario11 weeks

Fieldstack replaces spreadsheets and radio calls for distributed service teams. The product was strong, but the old site described features before visitors understood the operational cost of staying the same.

The system behind the feeling.

We mapped the story to the buyer's week: scheduling, dispatch, proof of work, exceptions, and reporting. Product UI appears only when it resolves a specific tension, so the narrative stays useful to operators and finance leaders alike.

What changes on the screen.

The page moves from pain to workflow to evidence. Interactive product moments are lightweight and optional. Technical buyers can inspect integrations and security without sending everyone else into a documentation maze.

Inside the concept

Five decisions, one coherent system.

Each screen is a coded design artifact. The sequence shows how the commercial argument becomes an interface.

01 / Opening argument

A week, not a feature list

The product is introduced through the moments an operations team handles every day.

02 / Offer architecture

Live workflow proofs

Small interactive sequences show dispatch and exception handling without staging a fake dashboard.

03 / Proof system

ROI you can inspect

A transparent calculator exposes assumptions for team size, travel, and administrative time.

04 / Conversion path

Security stays findable

Technical documentation is detailed, linked, and never allowed to derail the main story.

05 / Mobile rhythm

One next step per buyer

Self-serve teams see a trial path while complex organizations reach a focused demo brief.

What teams ask before we start.

We work best with founder-led and marketing-led teams that have a real offer, a decision-maker in the room, and a website problem tied to growth or operations.

Choose a plan, enter the active queue, and send requests as priorities change. We work on a focused number of items at once, share progress clearly, and you can pause or cancel before the next cycle.

Yes. Most engagements include positioning, information architecture, interface design, implementation, technical SEO, and launch support. We scope specialist needs before work begins.

Yes. We design the content model and publishing workflow around the people who will maintain it, then document the parts that need occasional technical care.

Often. We begin with the business problem and current constraints. A focused performance, conversion, content, or search sprint may create more value than a full rebuild.

We monitor the release, correct issues, review early behavior, and can continue with testing, SEO, publishing support, and product improvements through a maintenance plan.

Your business deserves its own visual world.

The Concept Lab shows the craft. Your engagement starts with your actual audience, evidence, and commercial problem.
