Scenario7 weeks

Solstice offered thoughtful strength, mobility, and recovery classes, but its schedule was difficult to read and its language assumed newcomers already knew the formats. We redesigned the experience around confidence and rhythm.

The system behind the feeling.

Classes are grouped by desired outcome, then explained through pace, intensity, and what to bring. The brand balances mineral color with warm material detail, giving the studio a grounded identity that avoids familiar wellness clichés.

What changes on the screen.

The weekly schedule is the center of the product. Filters are fast, instructor context is close, and first-visit details arrive exactly when needed. Returning members can move from schedule to confirmation in a few taps.

schedule to booking rate

The scenario aims to move schedule-to-booking completion from 14 to 23 percent by making class fit, timing, and first-visit expectations easier to understand.

Inside the concept

Five decisions, one coherent system.

Each screen is a coded design artifact. The sequence shows how the commercial argument becomes an interface.

Choose by how you want to feel

Outcome-led filters make unfamiliar class names immediately easier to understand.

02 / Offer architecture

A schedule with breathing room

Time, intensity, instructor, and availability stay readable on the smallest screen.

03 / Proof system

First visits feel prepared

Arrival, equipment, accessibility, and cancellation details appear before uncertainty does.

04 / Conversion path

Instructors feel human

Profiles focus on coaching style and class experience instead of long credential lists.

05 / Mobile rhythm

Return in two taps

Recent class preferences create a faster route for members without hiding the full schedule.

What teams ask before we start.

We work best with founder-led and marketing-led teams that have a real offer, a decision-maker in the room, and a website problem tied to growth or operations.

Choose a plan, enter the active queue, and send requests as priorities change. We work on a focused number of items at once, share progress clearly, and you can pause or cancel before the next cycle.

Yes. Most engagements include positioning, information architecture, interface design, implementation, technical SEO, and launch support. We scope specialist needs before work begins.

Yes. We design the content model and publishing workflow around the people who will maintain it, then document the parts that need occasional technical care.

Often. We begin with the business problem and current constraints. A focused performance, conversion, content, or search sprint may create more value than a full rebuild.

We monitor the release, correct issues, review early behavior, and can continue with testing, SEO, publishing support, and product improvements through a maintenance plan.

Your business deserves its own visual world.

The Concept Lab shows the craft. Your engagement starts with your actual audience, evidence, and commercial problem.
